28. Returns/Restocking:	Products returned are only authorized with an approved (RMA) Returned Merchandise Authorization number. This is provided by Morrell Industries Customer Service Department. Returns for reasons other than valid warranty claims are subject to shipping, handling, restocking and/or restoration charges to be determined by Warehouse Inspector. The RMA must appear on all packages for acceptance. Products held by the customer in excess of 30 days may not be returned for credit. Any customized items cannot be returned after the approval of the customer except for repair of damages of modifications. Products returned undamaged in the original packaging will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Products without original packaging will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Product exchanges subject to managerial approval. Product that is returned damaged may be subject to an additional fee.
29. Cancellation:	Orders cancellations are accepted only prior to order shipment. After order ships, any and all freight or delivery expense becomes the sole responsibility of the customer for any cancellations or returns.
