How do I place an order?
Contact us by calling 800-994-3002. Orders can be faxed to 703-257-9047 and emailed to sales@morrellindustries.com.

Do you accept my credit card?
We accept Visa and MasterCard.

What are payment terms?
For first time customers we require prepayment or a credit card. Submit your D&B DUNS Number and current credit references with your purchase to apply for our standard Net 30. Terms are subject to approval. Principal Interest accrues at Net 45 days. Credit Card 3% Processing Fee will be withheld from prepaid orders. A Wire Transfer fee may apply to International transactions. For ACH or EFT payment setup call 800-994-3002.

How quickly can my order ship?
You will receive an Order Confirmation via email with an estimated ship date once your order has been processed.

We pride ourselves on keeping the majority of our product standard quick-ship. Our policy reads 45 days after receipt of order (ARO) but depending on size and quantities, your order will ship in less than 10-15 business days.

Same day shipping is available for all products in stock. A rush fee may apply.

Do you ship outside the 48 contiguous states?
We can ship anywhere you need us to. We have shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Central and South America. Additional Brokerage Fees and Taxes may apply. All payments must be made in US$.

Can I choose my own freight carrier?
Yes. This gives you complete control over delivery of your order once it has shipped from our dock. We will inform you once the order is ready for you to schedule pickup. A Packaging and Handling fee will apply to all orders shipped Collect or 3rd Party.

How do I know if my order has shipped?
Provide an email address with your order and you will receive status and tracking updates from the carrier. This will notify you when the product has been shipped, delivered, and received. Multiple email addresses can be included to keep everyone informed with timely information.

Do you offer inside delivery?
Inside Delivery is available on all orders. Please request inside delivery prior to your order shipping as additional arrangements must be made. Many of our shipments arrive on oversized pallets and require additional help to break down and deliver the equipment to the correct room and floor.

Do you offer installation services?
Many of our customers realize that including installation on the order can save a great deal of time and effort. Our factory trained assembly crews are true professionals. We have the right equipment and expertise to have you up and running in as little time as possible. Additionally, after-hours and weekend installation projects minimize downtime and improve workflow in security-conscious work environments.

We also ship our carts pre-assembled in a crate and built to your specifications. They arrive on your dock ready to roll.

Can you help me with a Custom Solution?
Of course we can. Our entire product offering is modular in nature, so we know how to create the perfect solution for you. We engineer all custom CAD drawings and renderings in SolidWorks for your final approval.

Custom orders cannot be returned unless to repair damages or make modifications.

Custom paint colors and laminates are available upon request.
